Shri Satya Prakash Mittal, he Whole Time Director of the Company is involved in the management of the company since inception and has played an active role in its
development, is looking after the day to day affairs of the Company's Administration Department. He is very active in Social & Religious activities and also an active member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The Company is highly benefited of his vide experience.

Shri Mahesh Chand Mittal, Managing Director is an Electrical Engineer, belongs to the highly reputed family of Modinagar known for their social, religious and patriotic activities. In 1989 he promoted SIL and till now he is looking after the Finance, Accounts, Technical & Company affairs of Sybly Industries Ltd. as Managing Director. He is fully dedicated for the Company and in his Command Company is continuously rising day by day.

Shri Umesh Kumar Mittal, the Whole Time Director of Company, is a Textile Engineer. Shri U.K.Mittal started his career with M/s.Pashupati Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd., Dharuhera, Haryana in June 1985 as Shift Assistant. He left the company in November 1987 and involved himself in promoting Sybly Industries Ltd. and setting up the project therein. He is also looking after the day-to-day affairs of the company with his full skill and competency.


Sudesh Kumar Mittal Shri Sudesh Kumar Mittal, aged 45, the Vice President (Marketing) of Sybly Industries Limited, is a Post Graduate in Economics.
Since beginning Shri Sudesh Kumar Mittal is involved in Sybly Industries Ltd. and having very rich experience of marketing of its product.
He is presently managing the Sales & Marketing department of the Company independently with his full skill and competency.
